Before payment
The cancellation window and any non-refundable components must be stated with the final booking offer. Do not pay until you have received and accepted those terms in writing.
Changes and no-shows
Date changes are subject to availability. Late arrival, unreachable contact details or absence from an agreed pickup point may be treated as a no-show under the confirmed supplier terms.
Weather and safety
Activities may be changed or cancelled when conditions are unsafe. The applicable reschedule or refund option depends on the confirmed operator terms and which parts of the service were delivered.
