Booking status
Submitting a website form creates a booking request, not an issued ticket or guaranteed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after availability, pickup, final price, payment requirement and cancellation terms are provided and accepted.
Prices and itinerary
Displayed prices are starting estimates in AED. Itineraries, timings, activities and entertainment can change because of weather, season, government instructions, safety needs or supplier operations.
Guest responsibility
Guests must provide accurate ages, health information relevant to high-impact activities and reachable contact details. Safety instructions from drivers and activity marshals must be followed.
